The Dutchess County Department of History and Destination Dutchess hosted RevCon, a Revolutionary War Reenactment and History Fair, and commemorated America’s semiquincentennial.
Members of the 23rd’s did some recruiting at Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum in Hyde Park, NY.
