We showed up on Friday night to some light rain when setting up the campsite. Fortunately, the rest of the weekend was good weather for the tactical. Turnout of Fusiliers included Alex Ivanchishin, Shane Reilly, Alexander Reilly, Denis Messier, Mike Lung, Eric Spaar, Richard Coyle, Kyle Parker, Areg Varzhapetyan,
Greg Brunson, Joe Siegel, Ruth Siegel, Bob Clarke, Sarah Clarke, and Elizabeth Clarke.

On Saturday we formed up with the 2nd Battalion, engaged the American rebels on the field of battle, performed guard duty for the camp and searched and found rebel contraband which we brought back to HQ. On Saturday evening we enjoyed a great feast of chicken, potatoes and onions provided by Bob Clarke
and family. On Sunday we prevented the Americans from cutting off the British river access – the engagement ended up with the Americans encircled in a wooded area and many rebels were captured. The 23rd Foot achieved all its objectives set forth by the British Command.
