The 23rd Regiment is actively recruiting a cook for our companies in the Southern New England, Eastern New York area. They would also be responsible to man our kitchen during regimental events. Note: While some utensils are available it is strongly suggested that soldiers, wives and children of the regiment bring their own period mess gear.
